Today in class, a few people took the opportunity to rip on Jamie Oliver and his book “Jamie’s America.” I didn’t know this, but apparently it’s not just a cookbook like his last few. It’s more like social commentary from his road trip through the good ol’ US of A and then a sprinkle of recipes throughout. Personally, I think that’s entertaining...

I had a fit after reading who occupied the #100 slot on each list. I wouldn’t call them influential any more. In any stretch of the imagination. Also, ranking Thomas Sowell #84 is complete dis. He should be at least in the top half of the list.

I know I’m one of like four people left that still watch this show (my parents and then I’m guessing there’s at least one other person out there). But I’m invested - you can’t quit after watching 19 seasons. When they previewed the season at the last reunion show, my prayers for another all-star season were answered! Heroes vs. Villians.
Was just planning dinner for tonight and I decided I wanted a hot dog. I hopped on the Sainsbury’s website to see if they even sell hot dogs so that I could run down to Camden and buy some.
